All orders placed Monday to Friday are processed and packed up as soon as we can and collected by royal mail the following day. Weekend orders are sent on Monday, no orders are sent on Saturdays.

EU Shipping
EU customers can now enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

1. All-Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included at checkout. No extra charges on delivery.

2. Faster Delivery: Orders under 150€ benefit from quicker customs clearance, leading to faster delivery times.

3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the 150€ limit. Check shipping rates at checkout.

4. Customs Charges: If for any reason local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please contact us.

Royal Mail Tracked service is a flat rate of £9. 
Please allow 3-5 working days. 

Delivery Internationally (outside EU) via Royal Mail International standard post. Please allow 5-15 working days. Please be aware that every country has different customs laws, and international orders may incur local charges upon delivery at the border. Any taxes, duties and customs fees into any country outside of UK are the responsibility of you (the customer). Please check your local Customs Office to get the thresholds for your Country.

An email will be sent with your tracking number when your order is on it's way.
If something goes awry and your order does not arrive please let us know as soon as possible and within 14 days of your expected delivery date so we can investigate.
